Description

A class for storing parameters and state variables of human-stage PfMOI infections.

Usage

humanPfMOI(PfID_init, tInf_init = -1, MOI_init = 0, b_init = 0.55,
  c_init = 0.15, damID_init = -1, sireID_init = -1,
  chemoprophylaxis_init = FALSE)

Arguments

PfID_init	PfID derived from the tile level PfPedigree
tInf_init	initial time of current infection (successful mosquito to human transmission event)
MOI_init	initial multiplicity of infection
damID_init	initial female gametocyte 'mother'
sireID_init	initial male gametocyte 'father'
chemoprophylaxis_init	chemoprophylaxis protection status
