distribution of those lower categories.
Usage

reallocate_pcp(in.pcp = c(0.089, 0.127, 0.784), reall = 0)
Arguments
in.pcp
Input vector of length four for the prep.adhr.dist
parameters.
reall
The pure percentage points to shift from the high adherence
group to the lower three groups.
