Description

Remove potential phylogenetic signal from a set of continuous or discrete traits

Usage

phylo.correction(traits, phy)

Arguments

traits

A data frame with species as rows and traits as columns

phy

A phylogenetic tree of class 'phylo'

Value

The function returns a list made up of the phylogenetically corrected values for each of the #' traits analysed (in the example file 'eklof' this corresponds to trait.1 and trait.2)
