Harvest Control Rule Used within the GeMS function.

Usage

HarvestControlRule(FMSY, BMSY, ExploitBio, SpawnBio, alpha, beta,
  HarvestControl, ConstantCatch = 0, ConstantF = 0)

Arguments

FMSY	Fishing mortality at MSY
BMSY	Biomass at MSY
ExploitBio	Exploitable biomass
SpawnBio	Spawning biomass
alpha	Currently not implemented
beta	Slope of harvest control rule
HarvestControl	Harvest control rule (options in CTL file)
ConstantCatch	Currently not implemented
ConstantF	Currently not implemented
RetroPeels	Number of years to peel for retrospective analysis
CTLNameList	Vector of CTL file names
MSEdir	Directory containing CTL files
plotNames	Vector of the same length as CTLNameList with "prettier" names for plotting
