Description

Applies selected stock-recruitment function using life history parameters. Used in GeMS, PlotLifeHistory, and ProjPopDym.

Usage

Recruitment(EggsIN, steepnessIN, RzeroIN, RecErrIN, recType, NatMin,
  vulnIN, matureIN, weightIN, LenAtAgeIN, MaxAge, sigmaRin)

Arguments

EggsIN	Vector of egg mass
steepnessIN	Steepness parameter
RzeroIN	Virgin recruitment
RecErrIN	Recruitment error
recType	"BH" or "Rick"; For Beverton-Holt or Ricker stock-recruitment relationship
NatMin	Natural mortality
vulnIN	Vector of vulnerability-at-age
matureIN	Vector of maturity-at-age
weightIN	Vector of weight-at-age
LenAtAgeIN	Vector of lengths-at-age
MaxAge	Maximum age
sigmaRin	Recruitment variability
