In trinker/qdap: Bridging the Gap Between Qualitative Data and Quantitative Analysis

<a href="https://github.com/trinker/qdap">qdap</a> (Quantitative Discourse Analysis Package) is an R package designed to assist in quantitative discourse analysis.  The package stands as a bridge between qualitative transcripts of dialogue and statistical analysis & visualization.</p>

<h3>Java Issues</h3>
  
<p>If there is a discrepancy between the <a href="https://dl.dropbox.com/u/61803503/rjava_warning.txt">R and Java architectures</a> you will have to <a href="http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp">download</a> the appropriate version of Java compatible with the version of R you're using.
