vanbibn/mineDisProt: Mine/Extract data on protein disorder from DisProt (and other databases)
Given data files collected on protein disorder predictors (DisProt and PONDR) and protein interaction networks (STRING), functions extract relevant information and organizes it into a tidy format for analysis. For future versions I hope to automate the data collection as well.
