transition.calc regression of aged transitions among character states

Usage

Arguments

tree

a phylogeny (of class phylo)

continuous

continuous trait (named) to be regressed

discrete

discrete category (named) species are evolving between whose transitions you wish to model

simmap.model

parameter for make.simmap

simmap.nsim

parameter for make.simmap

simmap.pi

parameter for make.simmap
