GOplot: plot GO plot with your interisting genelist

In windforclouds/PSV2N: This is a shortest path-based algorithm named PS-V2N.

Usage

Arguments

genelist	a vector of gene SYMBOL
display.number	number of display terms,respectively
enrich.pvalue	default value 0.05
CPCOLS	default c("#8DA1CB", "#FD8D62", "#66C3A5")
labelsize	default value 10
label.title	default "The Most Enriched GO Terms"
xlab.title	default "GO Term"
