GetTtestRes(mSetObj = NA, paired = FALSE, equal.var = TRUE, nonpar = F)
Arguments
mSetObj
Input the name of the created mSetObj (see InitDataObjects)
paired
Default set to FALSE
equal.var
Default set to TRUE
nonpar
Use non-parametric tests, default is set to FALSE
