perform permutation, using training classification accuracy as
indicator, for two or multi-groups
Usage

OPLSDA.Permut(mSetObj = NA, num = 100)
Arguments
mSetObj
Input name of the created mSet Object
num
Input the number of permutations, default is set to 100.
