PlotCmpdSummary(mSetObj = NA, cmpdNm, format = "png", dpi = 72, width = NA)
Arguments
mSetObj
Input the name of the created mSetObj (see InitDataObjects)
cmpdNm
Input the name of the compound to plot
format
Input the format of the image to create
dpi
Input the dpi of the image to create
width
Input the width of the image to create
