Arguments
mSetObj
Input the name of the created mSetObj (see InitDataObjects)s
mode
Input the selected mode for biomarker analysis, "univ" for univariate ROC curve analysis,
"explore" for multivariate ROC curve analysis, and "test" for ROC curve based model creation and evaluation.
