Usage

ggenrichTree(tree, heat, node, pathway, offset = 0.7)
Arguments
tree
input tree
heat
input file of the heatmap
node
node number of the term branch
pathway
name of pathway
offset
offset of category name, heatmap and treemap. default:.7
Value
a data.frame.
