Arguments

input	shiny input
output	shiny output
session	shiny session
aggDat	aggregated MRExperiment
featLevel	chosen feature level (aggregation level)
intraSettings	analysis settings as passed over from analysis input module
colorOptions	phenotype selections: used for color choices
reset	boolean reactive which resets the module if TRUE
