Arguments

input	shiny input
output	shiny output
session	shiny session
aggDat	aggregated MRExperiment
featLevel	chosen feature level (aggregation level)
diffSettings	reactive storing values selected in analysis input interface
reset	boolean reactive which resets the module if TRUE
normalized	boolean reactive indicating if data has been normalized
