kcs20 | R Documentation |
This R list (which has additional class neuronlist
) contains 20
skeletonized Drosophila Kenyon cells as dotprops
objects.
Original data is due to Chiang et al. 2011, who have generously shared their
raw data \Sexpr[results=rd]{tools:::Rd_expr_doi("10.1016/j.cub.2010.11.056")}. Image registration and further
processing was carried out by Greg Jefferis (see
\Sexpr[results=rd]{tools:::Rd_expr_doi("10.1016/j.neuron.2016.06.012")}).
