Usage

lxy.tumap(lxy, id = NULL, ivg = NULL, grid = c("hex", "square")[1],
  cellsize = NULL, mindim = 20, gridtype = NULL, status = TRUE)

Arguments

lxy	A LoCoH-xy object
id	The name(s) of individuals to analyze
ivg	Inter-visit gap
grid	Grid type ('hex' or 'square')
cellsize	Cell size in map units
mindim	The minimum number of rows or columns
gridtype	No longer used Deprecated
stats	Whether to display messages
