Extractor function for rowSums/squaredRowSums

Usage

getSums(data, method, squared)

Arguments

data	FELLA.DATA object
method	Character, exactly one of: "hypergeom", "diffusion", "pagerank"
squared	Logical, whether to return rowSums (F) or squaredRowSums (T)

Value

Named vector with rowSums/squaredRowSums (internal usage)
