Stratify a codelist by dose unit
Usage
stratifyByDoseUnit(x, cdm, keepOriginal = FALSE)
Arguments
x
A codelist
cdm
A cdm reference
keepOriginal
Whether to keep the original codelist and append the
stratify (if TRUE) or just return the stratified codelist (if FALSE).
