Computes the matrix mapping an L2-space basis to a Bayes-Space-Basis.

Description

This computes a (n-1)x1 matrix mapping the basis results of the L2 basis to L^2_0 basis for a subspace of the Log-Space of a BayesSpace.

Usage

computeL22BayesSpacesBasisMatrix(x, ...)

Arguments

x	the L2-basis
...	further generic arguments potentially parametrizing the method of computation.

Value

the transformation matrix 'A' mapping the L2 (B-spline) basis to the ZB-spline basis of the Bayes space. For a B-spline basis with 'nbasis' functions this is an '(nbasis - 1) x nbasis' matrix, i.e. one row per ZB-spline basis function.
