A BAM file containing the information of eight mutations.
Usage

Format
A list with 8 factors, each contains 46527 variables:
- rname
chromosome of the read
- qname
read ID list
- seq
sequence of the read, in DNAString
- strand
strand of the read
- cigar
CIGAR sequence of the read
- qual
Phred quality of the read
- pos
starting position of the read
- isize
insert size of the read
