This function takes the result of pawl, and draws
a plot of the occurrences of the Flat Histogram criteria along the iterations.

PlotFH(results)
Arguments
results
Object of class "list": either the output of pawl or of adaptiveMH.
Value
The function returns a ggplot2 object.
