Summary of a longitudinal ICA sensitivity result
Description
This function summarizes the distribution of longitudinal ICA values obtained
from a sensitivity analysis.
Usage
summary_longitudinal_ica(object, threshold = 0.95)
Arguments
object
An object returned by a longitudinal ICA sensitivity function.
threshold
Numeric threshold used to compute the fraction of ICA values
below the threshold.
Value
A data.frame with summary statistics for ICA.
