Format and clean carbohydrate data from the Bolus Calculator sheet of a Tidepool export

Usage

.format_bolus_calculator_tidepool.aidR(id, bolus_calculator, link_id = NULL)

Arguments

id	Character or numeric participant identifier.
bolus_calculator	A data frame containing the bolus calculator data from a Tidepool file.
link_id	A character vector with one key per row of bolus_calculator, linking the carbohydrate entry to its bolus. NULL (the default) if unknown, which results in NA.

Value

A data frame containing the formatted and cleaned carbohydrate data. NULL if no carbohydrates were entered.
