Format and clean bolus data from a Tidepool export

Usage

.format_bolus_tidepool.aidR(id, bolus, link_id = NULL)

Arguments

id	Character or numeric participant identifier.
bolus	A data frame containing the bolus data from a Tidepool file.
link_id	A character vector with one key per row of bolus, linking the bolus to its carbohydrate entries. NULL if unknown, which results in NA.

Value

A data frame containing the formatted and cleaned bolus data.
