Format and clean carbohydrate data from a Glooko export
Usage
.format_carbs_glooko.aidR(id, data, link_id = NA)
Arguments
id
Character or numeric participant identifier.
data
A data frame containing the bolus data from a Glooko file, which
holds the carbohydrates entered into the bolus calculator.
link_id
A character vector with one key per row of data,
linking the carbohydrate to the bolus entry of the same row. Default
NA.
Value
A data frame containing the formatted and cleaned carbohydrate data.
