Format and clean carbohydrate data from a Tandem Source export
Usage
.format_carbs_tandem_source.aidR(id, carbs, link_id = NA)
Arguments
id
Character or numeric participant identifier.
carbs
A data frame containing the bolus data from a Tandem Source file,
which holds the carbohydrates entered into the bolus calculator.
link_id
A character vector with one key per row of carbs,
linking the carbohydrate entry to the bolus of the same row.
Default NA.
Value
A data frame containing the formatted and cleaned carbohydrate data.
