Format any file from a Glooko export by configuring timestamps and numeric values

Format any file from a Glooko export by configuring timestamps and numeric values

.format_glooko_file.aidR(filename, time_cols, numeric_cols)

`filename`	Character string with the filename to be formatted.
`time_cols`	A numeric vector corresponding to the column indices that contain timestamps to be formatted.
`numeric_cols`	A numeric vector corresponding to the column indices that contain numeric values to be formatted.

A data frame with the content of the file and properly formatted time- and numeric columns.
