Store removed rows with a reason

Usage

.log_removed.aidR(data_id, type, rows, reason)

Arguments

data_id	A list with all data found for one individual.
type	The data type the rows were removed from (e.g. "carbs").
rows	A data frame with the removed rows.
reason	Why the rows were removed.

Value

data_id with rows added to the attribute removed, with the column removed_reason.
