Merge slowly absorbed carbohydrates that Glooko split into 30-minute chunks
Description
See clean.glooko() for the rules. The other chunks and their zero
boluses are removed, and all removed rows are logged.
Usage
.merge_slow_carbs.aidR(data_id)
Arguments
data_id
A named list with the cleaned carbs and bolus
data of one Glooko bolus file.
Value
data_id with each series merged into its first entry.
