Description

Draw a single day of diabetes data for one individual

Usage

.plot_single_day.aidR(data, id, day, target, ylim_cgm, min_bolus, units, main)

Arguments

data	A list with the standardized aidR data frames, named by aidR type (cgm, basal, ...).
id	Character string with the participant identifier.
day	The day to draw, as a Date.
target	Numeric vector of length two with the glucose target range.
ylim_cgm	Numeric vector of length two with the limits of the glucose axis.
min_bolus	Numeric, the smallest bolus that is drawn in full, in units. Smaller ones are drawn as bare ticks.
units	Character string, the units of the glucose data, either "mg/dl" or "mmol/l".
main	Character string with the plot title, NULL for the default.

Value

No return value, called for side effects: one plot is drawn.
