Description

Read the raw content of a CareLink file, split into its sections

Usage

.read_carelink_raw.aidR(id, filename)

Arguments

`id`	Character or numeric participant identifier.
`filename`	Character string with the filename of the file to be read.

Value

A list with entries dfs, sensor_name and pump_name. dfs is a list of three data frames containing (1) pump and sensor events of many different types, (2) daily aggregated auto (closed-loop) insulin and (3) CGM measurement data. sensor_name and pump_name are the device names read from the file header, NA if the header is absent.
