Move markers apart until they no longer overlap

Description

Markers that are closer together than min_sep are unreadable when they are drawn at their own time. They are pushed apart, keeping their order and staying within xlim, so that a leader line can point back at the time they actually occurred (see .draw_leader_lines.aidR).

Usage

.spread_markers.aidR(x, min_sep, xlim)

Arguments

x	Numeric vector with the positions of the markers, in hours.
min_sep	Numeric, the smallest distance two markers may have, in hours.
xlim	Numeric vector of length two with the limits of the axis.

Value

A numeric vector, the positions at which to draw the markers, in the order of x.
