In ctDNAtools: Analyze Circulating Tumor DNA Sequencing Data
ctDNAtools 
The ctDNAtools package provides functionalities to analyze circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA)/ cell-free DNA (cfDNA) sequencing data.
The tools cover analysis of ctDNA/cfDNA fragmentation and analysis of cancer minimal residual disease.
