Calculate Functional Depth

Description

Calculates the depth of functions w.r.t. a functional data set.

Usage

``````depthf.(datafA, datafB, notion, ...)

Arguments

 `datafA` Functions whose depth is computed, represented by a `dataf` object of their arguments and functional values. `datafB` Random sample functions with respect to which the depth of `datafA` is computed. `datafB` is represented by a `dataf` object of their arguments and functional values. `notion` The name of the depth notion (shall also work with a user-defined depth function named `"depthf."`). `...` Additional parameters passed to the depth functions.

Value

Numerical vector of depths, one for each function in `datafA`; or one depth value if `datafA` is a single function.
