getAb: Returns augmented matrix representation of edit set. In editrules: Parsing, Applying, and Manipulating Data Cleaning Rules

Description

For a system of linear (in)equations of the form Ax \odot b, \odot\in\{<,≤q,=\}, the matrix A|b is called the augmented matrix.
