Usage

hmemIFS(m, nm)

Arguments

m	IFS membership values computed using either triangular or trapezoidal or guassian membership function
nm	IFS non-membership values computed using either Sugeno and Terano's or Yager's non-membership function

Value

IFS hesistancy values
