| DBBMMStack-class | R Documentation |
The DBBMMStack object is created within the brownian.bridge.dyn function from a MoveStack or dBMvarianceStack object. It contains a dBMvarianceStack object and a raster with probabilities.

contoursignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): adds a contour line to a plot
emdsignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): quantifies similarity between utilization distributions
equalProjsignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): checks whether all objects of a list are in the same projection
getMotionVariancesignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): extracts the estimated motion variance
getVolumeUDsignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): modifies the UD raster
outerProbabilitysignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): calculates the animal occurrence probabilities at the border of the raster
plotsignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): plots the raster from a DBBMMStack object with re-size insensitive proportions
raster2contoursignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): converts a raster to contour lines
showsignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): displays summary the DBBMMStack object
splitsignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): splits a DBBMMStack into a list of DBBMM objects
summarysignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): summarizes the information of the raster from a DBBMMStack object
subsetsignature(object = "DBBMMStack"): subsets the DBBMMStack object
The DBBMMStack object contains a dBMvarianceStack and a .UDStack object which can be used to program against.
