parmat
is a utility that makes a vector of parameters suitable for
use in pomp functions.
parmat(params, ...)
## S4 method for signature 'numeric'
parmat(params, nrep = 1, ..., names = NULL)
## S4 method for signature 'array'
parmat(params, nrep = 1, ..., names = NULL)
## S4 method for signature 'data.frame'
parmat(params, nrep = 1, ...)
params |
named numeric vector or matrix of parameters. |
... |
additional arguments, currently ignored. |
nrep |
number of replicates (columns) desired. |
names |
optional character; column names. |
parmat
returns a matrix consisting of nrep
copies of
params
.
