Usage
getMetaclusterOccupancy(experiment, precision = 2)
Arguments
experiment
A discovrExperiment created using setupDiscovrExperiment()
precision
An integer indicating the number of significant digits to return for fractional values
Value
A data frame containing the fraction and number of events in each metacluster
