Usage
loadNciColorSet(returnDf = FALSE)
Arguments
returnDf
a boolean if a data.frame with tissue names and abbreviations
should be returned (default: FALSE)
Value
a vector of colors as strings or a data.frame with tissues, tissue
abbreviations, cell line abbreviations and colors
