Internal helper function to extract spectra indices
Usage
get_specIdx(comp, coord)
Arguments
comp
matrix, result of raster::clump. Matrix with indicies for each unique connected component.
coord
array of coordinates as returned by MALDIquant::coordinates().
Value
list of spectra indicies.
