Description
RegulationPerCondition Function to be applied to more main function output.
Usage
RegulationPerCondition(output)
Arguments
output
Output object of MORE main function.
Value
Summary table containing all the relevant/significant regulators. Moreover, it provides the regression coefficient that relates the gene and the regulator for each experimental condition after testing if this coefficient is relevant/significant or not.
