plotDiagnosticAlignment(x, onlyFinal = FALSE)
Arguments

A DR2S object.
onlyFinal
restrict to final sequences
Details
Calls BrowseSeqs to open the alignment of
references, final and intermediate (only if onlyFinal is FALSE) in a
browser. The alignment is created with AlignSeqs.
