calc_plot_map_stats(phys_gds, gen_gds, out_name, plot_title, y_lim)
Arguments
phys_gds
the file path to the phys gds object
gen_gds
the file path to the gen gds object
out_name
the base name to use for the csv
plot_title
the title of the combined plots
y_lim
the limit for the y axis of the plots
Value
Outputs plots and tables of the data
