phase_mixed_genotypes
USAGE
phase_mixed_genotypes(snpdata, nsim=100)
DESCRIPTION
phase_mixed_genotypes is a function that is used to phased the mixed genotypes
OPTIONS
snpdata: an object of class SNPdata
nsim: the number of simulations
RETURN
a SNPdata object with an additionnal field
