select_chrom
USAGE
select_chrom(snpdata, chrom="Pf3D7_10_v3")
DESCRIPTION
select_chrom is a function that is used to select the data for a specific set of chromosomes.
OPTIONS
snpdata: an object of class SNPdata
chrom: a chromosome or vector of chromosome names
RETURN
a SNPdata object that contains data for the specified chromosomes only
