Arguments

parameters of the likelihood functions:

branching times
pars[1] is lambda, i.e. speciation rate;
pars[2] is mu, i.e. extinction rate;
n_0
starting number of lineages
t_ds
decoupling times
d_0s
starting values for BiSSE's D functions
t_p
present time
