#' pbFlatten
#' Flatten pseudobulk SCE

#' Flattens a pseudobulk \code{\link[SingleCellExperiment]{SingleCellExperiment}}
#' as returned by \code{\link{aggregateData}} such that all cell subpopulations 
#' are represented as a single assay.
